This year's recipients are:
Over the years, the Clackamas Rotary Foundation has donated over $820,000.00 to local charities.
A special thank you for all of the support we have received and continue to receive!
This event runs under the auspices of Clackamas Rotary Foundation, a 501- (C)3 corporation.
CSC's mission is to provide basic life assistance, transitional support and resources to individuals, families, and children who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in Clackamas and Multnomah communities. CSC's vision is to reduce the effects of poverty, help individuals in our community move out of poverty, and to be a connector of services with partnering agencies. CSC's long-term plan is to build a hub (CSC) and spoke (partnering agencies) organization to accomplish this vision.
The North Clackamas school district serves more than 17,000 students in its 31 schools—from a variety of economic and social backgrounds.
As the population grows, the district faces increasing demands on resources. Our students speak more than 56 native languages—and more than 34 percent of them qualify for free- or reduced-price lunch, a commonly used indicator of poverty.
In 2014-2015, the Foundation provided over $126,000 in cash rewards, grants and related services.
Patients benefit more from a cooking class and personalized counseling than from general recommendations when it comes to making healthy lifestyle changes.
Teaching patients and community members essential cooking and preparation skills helps them make more than just a tasty meal. Learning how to cook healthy meals may save their lives or the lives of their family.
Providence Milwaukie Hospital will provide an ally, a friend and a chef, someone to walk them through this who understands the challenges they may face.
PayneWest Insurance formed in the fall of 2012 with the merging of the Northwest’s two premier insurance advisory firms—Payne Financial Group and Western States Insurance. These two industry leaders operated independently for more than 40 years, providing business and personal insurance, benefits and surety. As stand-alone firms, both were consistently among the top 100 insurance agencies in the country.
Today, PayneWest Insurance is much larger than either of its predecessors. We remain steadfastly committed to maintaining local offices in Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington. We employ more than 600 insurance professionals, including advisor teams that specialize in highly complex market niches such as resource development, agriculture, hospitality, banking and medical malpractice. We offer important, cost-saving services including risk mitigation and claims management. And we represent, bar none, the best and most diverse insurance providers in country.
Even as we’ve grown, PayneWest remains a dynamic team of committed individuals who excel at building strong client relationships, delivering the right protection at competitive prices, developing an environment that is both collegial and entrepreneurial, and contributing to the fabric of their communities in a multitude of ways.
Throughout our operations around the world, we are committed to providing insurance products and services to meet the needs of individuals, families, and businesses; offering a diverse and dynamic work environment for our employees; and supporting our communities.
